Unauthenticated users may access a 5-minute free demo of the Service. Demo sessions are subject to these Terms. Continued use beyond the demo requires creating a registered account.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Join Call AI provides the technical capability to transcribe and analyse calls. We do not manage or verify your compliance with applicable recording laws. You indemnify Join Call AI for any claims arising from your failure to obtain required consents.
If you are conducting telemarketing calls in Australia, you must comply with your obligations under the Do Not Call Register Act 2006. Join Call AI does not provide Do Not Call screening and you remain solely responsible for compliance.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

The Service uses large language models (including Anthropic Claude) to generate insights, coaching suggestions, property briefings, and market commentary. You acknowledge and agree that:
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by or licensed to Join Call AI Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, modify, copy, or distribute any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service (such as property addresses and call notes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your call content or proprietary business information.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law):
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Twilio (calling), Deepgram (transcription), Anthropic (AI), and Google (maps). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these third-party services.
You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will do so.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
